MODULAR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM OF A BUILDING
DESCRIPTION
Object of the invention
The present invention relates to a modular building system of a building with a plurality of pieces that make up a first reticular structure, to which parts of another configuration are fixed that configure both vertical and horizontal walls, and that are fixed so that can be disassembled later, to modify or remove the building that is built. The modular construction system object of the invention is applicable in the construction industry.
Technical problem to solve and background of the invention
When it is necessary to execute a building quickly and economically, one option is to go to the construction through prefabricated structures, which are usually made of concrete and need both specific machinery to be put into work and qualified personnel to assemble some prefabricated with others. This type of construction has the advantage that its assembly is very fast, but it requires a design and construction process with the prefabricated ones that requires time, besides being its concrete or similar construction material it also requires time for its setting.
Another option could be to build based on modules, known as construction booths or "conch shells", which are all the same modules built on goal, whose dimensions are known and fixed and allows, through the interconnection of some modules with others, even build two building heights. In addition, on the ground floor it allows to have the necessary extension since some modules can be joined with others almost indefinitely. This option has the disadvantage that the modules used are large and, consequently, transport to the construction execution point requires a large number of trucks and it is necessary to access the execution point for access The trucks with the modules.
Therefore, in view of the state of the known art, the applicant does not know of any modular building system of a building that allows the construction of a building by non-specially qualified personnel, while allowing, due to the technical characteristics of the system components, package all components of a building in one or more containers, depending on the volume of

the building to be built, so that it is possible to send the components to lift a building without the need for road access.
On the other hand, the applicant does not know of any modular construction system such as the one described in this report, which offers the flexibility of construction that allows the building to be expanded with more system components, which can also be executed by personnel without qualification specific, and / or also allows to disassemble the building for its change of location or for its removal and later use in another location.
The applicant is aware of document ES 2 397 171 A1 which discloses a modular construction system in reinforced concrete comprising structural frames and slabs intended to be supported by structural frames; the structural frames being reinforced concrete elements with a rectangular frame and vertical crossbars, and with support projections perpendicular to the general plane of the frame where the plates are supported.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention
As already indicated and, as can be seen in the figures, the object of the invention is a modular construction system of a building, which has a plurality of parts that are connected to each other by means of mechanical coupling with tightening, is say, under pressure, so that they can be connected to assemble the building and then disconnect the pieces to disassemble the building. In addition, due to the uniqueness of the pieces and their way of fixing, they can be stored in a transport container for later use.
The system comprises a plurality of main parts (1), which are tubular pieces with a cross section which, in the preferred embodiment of the invention comprises four sides and four corners, such that a corner housing (2) is located in each corner and In the center of each side there is a lateral housing (3).
The corner housings (2) have a circular section with an access hole (4) to the corner housing itself (2). The side housings (3) have a flat bottom (5) and two curved sides (6) configured to create retention.
To configure part of the building, a plurality of main pieces (1) are joined together, with two options. If it is necessary to join two main parts longitudinally (1), a longitudinal joint piece (not shown in the figures) is used, which is fixed inside two main parts (1) at its ends. If it is necessary to execute a corner of the building or join main pieces (1) in horizontal and vertical position, a corner joint piece (8) is used, which is defined later in this same memory. To connect the main parts (1) to the corner joint piece (8), the main parts (1) incorporate a connection piece (not shown in the figures) at the end of the main part (1) that is going to be join with the corner joint piece (8).
The longitudinal joint piece is a symmetrical piece comprising two identical projections to be fixed inside the cross section of a main part (1), therefore comprising a section that reproduces the corner housings (2) and the side housings (3) , but to be located inside the cross section of the main part (1), so that the lateral housings (3) of two longitudinally fixed main parts (1) form a lateral channel.

The corner joint piece (8) comprises:
- a first end (10) comprising a section that reproduces the corner housings (2) and the side housings (3) but to be located inside the cross section of the main part (1), and
- a second end comprising four housings (11) configured to connect in each housing (11) a main part (1), preferably by means of a connecting piece, a central recess (12) between the four housings (11), said recess center (12) configured to receive the end of a main part (1) in case it is desired to place another main part (1) in an upright position.
Therefore, with the corner joint piece (8), one end of a main piece (1) in vertical position can be joined with up to four main pieces (1) in horizontal position and with another main piece (1) in vertical position.
It should be noted that, just as the first end (10) of the corner joint piece (8) reproduces the internal cross-section of the main part (1), the central recess (12) of the second end, however, is a parallelogram which reproduces the outer cross section of the main piece (1).
The housings (11) of the corner joint piece (8) comprise a recess (9) that has a trapezoidal shape with the smaller side located at the bottom of the trapezoid, so that, by its own weight, the main piece (1) that is inserted into the recess (9) is housed therein and fixed to the corner joint piece (8) and, therefore, fixed to a main part (1) located in an upright position.
The connection piece (not shown in the figures) used by the main parts (1) for fixing to the corner joint piece (8), comprises a complementary end with the housings (11) of the corner joint piece (8) ) and another end configured to fit inside the main part (1) tightly, reproducing the corner housings (2) and the side housings (3) of the main part (1).
To seat the building on the ground, the modular construction system object of the invention comprises pieces of soil (13), which have one end with a base (15) to be placed on the ground and another end configured to receive the first

end (10) of the corner joint piece (8) that does not contain the housings (11).
By fixing main parts (1) with corner joint pieces (8), longitudinal joint pieces (not shown in the figures) and floor pieces, the modular construction system object of the invention allows to lift a first reticular structure on the one that later fixes other components to realize the internal compartmentation, the external enclosure and the forged ones of the building.
The first reticular structure can be supported on the ground by means of the pieces of soil (13), as mentioned.
To continue with the construction of the building, the modular construction system object of the invention comprises an auxiliary part (14) that is fixed to the side housings (3) of the main part (1), so that it divides the sides of the main piece (1) in two halves. In addition, the auxiliary part (14) serves to support and fix other components of the modular construction system object of the invention that are set forth later in this specification.
The auxiliary part (14) is a U-profile that incorporates a base to be fixed in the lateral housings (3). Depending on the position in which it will be located in the building, it serves to withstand the slab or the wall.
The construction system object of the invention, for the execution of the building slabs, also comprises a plurality of slab pieces (16) that place one after the other, such that each slab piece (16) is a piece rectangular in shape that has a flat side and another freckled side. Each building slab requires four main pieces (1) to which four auxiliary pieces (14) are fixed on which the slab profiles (16) are supported as follows: at one end of the slab and on the side of greater length of the rectangle of the slab piece (16) a first slab piece (16) rests on a first auxiliary piece (14) fixed in turn to a first main piece (1) and, on the smaller sides length of the rectangle, the floor piece (16) rests on a second auxiliary part (14) and a third auxiliary part (14), in turn fixed to a second main part (1) and a third main part (1) which are perpendicular to the first main piece (1) and parallel to each other, at the end of the floor opposite the previous one. Additionally, other floor pieces (16) are placed that are attached to the first piece of forage (16) supporting each of its smaller sides,

respectively, on the second auxiliary part (14) and the third auxiliary part (14). The last floor piece (16), in addition to supporting its minor sides on the second auxiliary part (14) and the third auxiliary part (14), supports a major side on a fourth auxiliary part (14) fixed to a fourth main part (1), which is parallel to the first main piece (1).
The previous configuration of slab pieces (16) supported on auxiliary parts (14), considering the section of a main part (1) covers half of one side of the main part (1). It should be remembered that the auxiliary parts (14) divide the sides of the main part (1) into two halves, since they are fixed on the lateral housings (3), which are located in the center of each side of the section of the main piece (1).
The system object of the invention also comprises wall pieces (17) that are rectangular panels configured to be placed between main parts (1), in a similar way to the slab pieces (16) although, instead of being supported on the auxiliary parts (14), are adjusted in them. Specifically, they are placed on one of the side halves generated by the auxiliary parts (14) in the main parts (1). The fixing of the wall pieces (17) to the main pieces (1) is completed using corner pieces (19) which, located in the corner housings (2) of the main pieces (1), create a pipeline together with the auxiliary parts (14) in each of the halves of the main part (1) where the wall piece (17) fits. The corner pieces (19) are described in more detail below.
In the case of an exterior enclosure of the building, preferably two wall pieces (17) are used in each main piece (1), each located on one side of the auxiliary part (14), that is, between the auxiliary part (14) and one of the two corner pieces (19), parallel to each other.
In the execution of a building, specifically in the interior layout of the rooms of said building, parts of some main piece (1) are left uncovered that leave accessible a lateral housing (3) of the aforementioned main piece (1) that remain discovered in the building and must be covered. To cover the main part parts (1) that are discovered, the system object of the invention comprises end pieces (21) which are parts comprising a flat part (22) whose length corresponds to that of the main part (1 ) and a projection (23) that is inserted into the lateral housing (3) to be covered. In this way, continuous soils remain in the

building that is built with the modular construction system object of the invention.
In the construction system of the invention, it is provided that there may be gaps in the wall pieces (17) to locate doors or windows. In this way, there can be wall pieces (17) configured with the corresponding dimensions to leave these gaps enabled. However, when these gaps are located in exterior walls which, as indicated, preferably incorporate two parallel wall pieces (17) that leave a gap corresponding to the auxiliary part (14), this gap must be covered. For this, the modular construction system object of the invention comprises termination pieces (7), which comprise a flat surface with clamps (24) that are located in the recess corresponding to the auxiliary part (14), between the two pieces of wall (17), so that the opening of the window or door is perimetrically configured on the basis of flat surfaces (26) without gaps, including, in the case of a door, an end piece (21) in the main part (1) located in the lower zone.
The system object of the invention comprises outer parts (18) that are placed over the entire profile of the main part (1) and have a fixing element that is coupled to the auxiliary part (14) fixed to the side housing (3 ) of the main part (1), of similar dimensions, so that they are fixed tightly.
For fixing all the elements described above, as mentioned above, the system object of the invention comprises corner pieces (19) that are fixed to the corner housings (2) of the main part (1). The corner pieces (19) have a triangular section such that two sides of the triangle offer the surface that makes contact with the outer pieces (18) or with the slab pieces (16) or with the wall pieces (17) and a Third side of the triangle offers a surface that is visible. In addition, the corner pieces (19), for fixing to the main part (1), comprise a projection (20) that is inserted into the corner housing (2) of the main part (1) to which the part is fixed corner (19).
Finally, it should be understood that the invention should not be limited to the embodiments described herein. Experts in the field can develop other embodiments in view of the description made here. Accordingly, the scope of the invention is defined by the following claims.
